Step 1

A family enters the Family Promise program and begins a journey to HOPE.

Step 2

Daytime hours are spent at work or at the Family Promise Day Center. Here families can seek employment (if unemployment is an issue), look for a home, enroll children in school, develop a network of support, wash clothes, bathe, and apply for social services.

Step 3

In the evening, families are taken to local churches where they eat supper, sleep and have breakfast. Volunteers from local congregations are on hand for fellowship and spiritual support, if the family desires.

Step 4

During this time, a network of resources is working to find the family a home.
